Tesco Mobile Ireland
Eskimo designed, built and manages a bespoke credit scorecard platform for Tesco Mobile Ireland (TMI). Unlike other large credit platforms, Eskimo’s graph database offers not only real-time fraud detection and application scoring but also delivers real-time marketing insight to the TMI team. The platform delivers decisions for store staff and online purchases simultaneously in under 1 second from any terminal.
The flexible scorecard system enables changes that impact new applications immediately (marketing driven) and powers a bespoke dashboard delivering a live feed of analytics, reporting and insight. Eskimo integrated with four partners to deliver an eco-system solution. Tesco and Three Mobile required back-end fraud administration and provisioning integration whilst Fujitsu and Continuum manage the ePOS and online platforms.
Eskimo’s platform works seamlessly with all partners. The project utilised several security protocols for hosting data in a private cloud architecture and serves the system with 99.999% uptime.
